Wad owner op for 5 .5 yrs.... Did great until I got Steve dispatching me in Atlanta. Sat every weekend in Laredo tx. Had to ell truck. Was. bankrupt. Came back as company driver closet terminal to home. Got the most hated dispatcher. Their. Toby! Why ? Because he don't bs. you run yours ass. Off If not your fired.love the guy.....best dispatcher. Ever. People who don't want to work hate him bottom line. Saftey are great people garage in greer sux. Owner ops. Don't go their. Been in the industry since the late 70s best company ever. Just be safe do your job be professional. To customers and you fit right in. If you can't make it hear you can't make it anywhere....... Word !

Worked there from March-Nov 2013 running teams ! Was home pretty much every weekend. Made decent money around 1,000 every week. Toby in my opinion just feels as if he is superior to drivers . Just ignore him if you want to work there and you'll be just fine .
Made more money working at processing plant. Pay sucks for in and out drivers. Screwing detention pay under minimum wage. Fights paying detention at all fronts. Toby is a nasty prick who shouldn't answer the phone. And you can just guarantee John (equipment manerger) will harass you and call you on your off time about some keys.
